Jessica DeShon practices in the areas of family law, personal injury, and worker’s compensation. She is passionate about ensuring the rights of her clients in any court she practices.
After graduating Clemson University, Jessica went on to attend Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University. She was a member of the Faulkner Law Moot Court Team, a member of the Jones Public Interest Law Foundation, and Chair on the Board of Advocates. Always striving for excellence, she was awarded Best Brief at the Health Law Moot Court Competition, which was subsequently published in the December 2014 edition of the Journal of Legal Medicine. She also served as Junior and then Senior Editor of the Faulkner Law Review.
Before joining the Toussaint Law Firm, Jessica clerked for the Honorable Judge Mary Windom of the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals and clerked for Beasley, Allen, Crow, Methvin, Portis & Miles, P.C., a firm specializing in multi-district litigation and class action law suits.
