It is important for a child’s development to have a relationship with both parents. We help develop unique, personalized parenting plans that allow both parents to have access to their children.
We also help parents with visitation to develop relationships outside of visitation, such as being involved in your child’s education (e.g. PowerSchool Parent Portal, Oconee County School District) and establishing relationships with medical providers. There are many ways to maintain contact and involvement throughout your child’s life. We can help you explore opportunities.
If you have a child who you are not being allowed to visit, it is critical you speak with an attorney.
Failure to visit your child for a period of six (6) months can be grounds for terminating your parental rights.
